Whether you are the only employee or if you have multiple people within your organisation, you all come with admin required for human resources. Be that contracts, annual leave requests/monitoring or even payroll, including NICs, PAYE and pensions. I have knowledge and training in HR aspects, so I am uniquely suited as a VA to offer HR services on top of admin or bookkeeping.
Speaking about employees are you also looking at expanding your team? I can help with writing job advertisements in line with current legislation and equality as well as job offers and/or application forms. I can also help with arranging interviews, onboarding, as well as helping with some of the selection process.
